I was born Bangor Maine and grew up on Farmnington and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. My family had a cabin on Torsey Pond near Readfield for years. It thrills me to see that Maine is focusing on wellness in the school systems. What a great need in the country. I am now a Personal Health Coach with Take Shape For Life. Please note that thimerosal has not been removed from all vaccines. It remains in many shots including tetanus and the vast majority of flu shots used in the US. See the FDA website for a list of currently licensed vaccines and their mercury content.
